Craig Frank – Chairman
Craig is the Chief Executive Officer of Alternative Fuels Americas, Inc. (AFAI), a publicly traded company active in the legal marijuana sector. Craig founded AFAI in 2005. He has been the primary architect in the development and implementation of the company's vision, strategies and business plan and has developed the company from a concept to its current stage. Prior to founding Alternative Fuels Americas, Craig served for 11 years as Chairman and CEO of The Tudog Group, a Florida based company with business advisory, business development, market research, training, and merchant banking divisions. During Craig's tenure Tudog worked with more than 200 companies from 19 countries. He remains Tudog's Chairman. Craig is a widely published author with articles on business matters featured in magazines and newsletters internationally, including the publications of the Guatemala America Chamber of Commerce, the Israel Export Institute, the Romania Chamber of Commerce, and the World Association of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises. He is also an in-demand speaker at international conferences, including the Florida Sterling Council, the International Project Management Association, The Central American Center for Entrepreneurship, the Israel Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, and the Pino Center for Entrepreneurship at Florida International University.
W. David Jones
David has been an active member of the South Florida business community for more than 30 years. As an entrepreneur and business executive David has an uncanny ability to spot business trends prior to their emergence and has been active in monitoring and promoting the legal cannabis industry. David is a well-respected stock observer and his newsletter Wall Street Profit Search is widely regarded for its insights and recommendations. David operates BMN Capital Group, an advisory firm specializing in investment banking consulting and assisting companies with accessing both venture capital and equity market financing.
Dr. Howard Chusid, Ed.D. LMHC NCC
Howie has had a long and successful career in business and is active in community affairs in South Florida. He has served as CEO of Community Medical Plan and Sterling Heights Protective Agency, where he built and sold successful business in the healthcare and security sectors respectively. Interested in healthcare his entire career, Howie founded Physicians Consulting Services where he provided training and advisory services to doctors seeking to better run their practices. Howie co-founded a non-profit organization for children with learning differences – Kesher – where he remains active. Today Howie is a Director at The Helping Place and Professional Career Strategies, psychologist practices working with children, adolescents, and adults, and serving as a Veteran’s Administration subcontractor working with veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan suffering from multiple maladies including PTSD. Howie is also an instructor at Kaplan University.
